Liz Oxhorn is a senior advisor based in Paris who works with leaders and organizations navigating complex, high-stakes public environments.
Over a 25-year career, Liz has served as a strategist and advisor to President Obama, President Biden, and heads of state and senior government leaders in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. She shaped the public narratives for Vice President Kamala Harris and Secretary Hillary Clinton, and has worked on five U.S. presidential elections. Her clients have also included foundations, advocacy groups, startups and scaleups, and global organizations like Breakthrough Energy and Airbnb.
As an advisor, Liz helps leaders doing meaningful work on difficult terrain turn that work into influence and action. With a campaign strategist's mindset and fluency in today's hyper-fragmented media environment, she helps clients deliver powerful messages, elevate their thought leadership, and design public and private campaigns that break through with impact. She also works with leaders who are highly visible, newly elevated, or navigating moments of transition, providing candid counsel grounded in experience rather than theory.
Based in Paris, Liz works with clients on both sides of the Atlantic and frequently serves as a bridge between U.S. and European political and media cultures.
