Clarity and influence in moments that matter.
I advise senior leaders and institutions navigating high-stakes political, media, and public environments.

Drawing on my experience in the White House, U.S. presidential campaigns, and global advocacy, I help leaders understand what’s really driving events, anticipate reactions, and act with confidence under pressure.
Liz Oxhorn
Founder

Liz Oxhorn is a senior advisor to leaders and institutions navigating high-stakes political, media, and public environments. Her work sits at the intersection of power, persuasion, and decision-making - helping clients understand what is really driving events and how to act when scrutiny is high and the margin for error is small.

Over the course of a 25-year career, Liz has worked across governing, legislating, and campaigning - inside the White House and the U.S. Senate, on five U.S. presidential elections, and with global organizations operating under intense public and political pressure. This breadth of experience gives her a rare vantage point on how political systems are meant to function - and how they behave under stress. The last three presidential elections she worked on unfolded in today’s hyper-fragmented, multi-platform media environment, where attention moves fast, narratives are contested in real time, and consequences travel quickly across borders.

Liz’s background is rooted in political strategy and creative leadership. She is known for her ability to read complex situations quickly, identify the incentives shaping behavior, and anticipate how decisions will land with the public, the press, and key stakeholders. In political contexts, writing and messaging is often the strategy itself; in advisory work beyond campaigns, her counsel draws on years of developing, testing, and refining narrative strategy in highly-demanding environments.

In addition to her work in the United States, Liz has advised political leaders and institutions internationally, including on elections and parliamentary races conducted in diverse media, cultural, and institutional contexts. She has also worked with senior leaders at global organizations including the Obama White House and Airbnb, as well as foundations and advocacy groups operating across the United States and Europe. She frequently works with leaders who are highly visible, newly elevated, or navigating moments of transition - providing clear, candid counsel grounded in lived experience rather than theory.

Based in Paris, Liz works with clients on both sides of the Atlantic and often serves as a bridge between U.S. and European political and media cultures. She brings a campaign-honed, straightforward approach to her work - grounded in experience, trusted judgment, and a clear understanding of how power actually operates.
Political Interpretation & Strategic Briefings
I advise institutions on how to understand what is actually driving political behavior in the United States - beyond headlines, official statements, or formal analysis. This work focuses on power structures, incentives, and risk, helping organizations anticipate how events are likely to unfold and where the real points of leverage and vulnerability lie.
Political CampaignS & Creative Strategy
I provide senior-level strategic and creative leadership for political campaigns and advocacy efforts operating in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. In this work, I develop persuasive narratives, shape candidate's public profiles, and create powerful content informed by my deep experience testing what actually moves people to act.
SENIOR LEADERSHIP COUNSEL
I work one-on-one with senior leaders whose decisions carry public consequences, offering candid, trusted counsel in moments of visibility, transition, or pressure. Operating with discretion and judgment, I help leaders gain a clear understanding of how they and their choices are read in the world.
